Installation
Add this to your application's shard.yml:

Usage
require "poncho"
Parse dotenv
poncho = Poncho.from_file ".env"
# or
poncho = Poncho.parse "PONCHO_ENV=development"
poncho["PONCHO_ENV"] # => "development"
